This unusual Evinrude was
made for just 2 years and was not actively promoted by the
maker. Speed is about the same as the lighter and cheaper
one cylinder motor. Oil still needed to be mixed with the
gas. I purchased this motor in restored condition from a
New Jersey collector in 1992. I ran it on a boat before
purchasing it. I felt it needed some additional attention
and made the improvements in the summer of 2009. I ran it
at antique outboard meets in 2009, observing Evinrude's
100th anniversary. |
