Years:40s-50s; Gas tank for larger water cooled (6hp?) Elgin from late 40s/early 50s that had no rewind starter. Most of the original decals remain. The decal on this is probably mid 50s. It has a soft dent in the middle of one side, otherwise condition is pretty good.  

Years:1929; Speedster crankcase only. Looks OK and has Serial Number 81462 stamped in.  

Years:1955;  25hp short shaft manual start. Has no serial plate or tiller handle. The lower unit and lower cowl have original blue paint. The powerhead appears to have been transplanted from a 25hp Gale Buccaneer. It has an Evinrude top cowl with a gray porch paint finish. Missing the carb knobs.  

Years:1957-1960; #304914 rear carrying handle fits the 35hp Evinrude and Johnson motors that had the hinged metal cowls. It likely would also fit the metal cowled big twin size Gale Products engines in the 1957 to 1960 area as well. This handle appears to have never bee 

Years:1955; 25hp Ser. #29290-06701 powerhead only with matching serial plate. Was converted to the OMC fuel pump. Has 2 compressions. Plug wire support is broken off mag plate. Metal is broken out on the block at the threads of one head bolt, but the bolt seems to still be holding OK.  

Years:1955-1956; 1955-56 Evinrude or Johnson short shaft 25 to 30 hp complete lower gear case assembly. Feels good and seems to shift properly.  

Years:1970 60hp; Ser. #600730-J09990 long shaft parts motor. Missing lower unit, flywheel, and power pack. The head and other ignition parts are removed but seem to be there. Engine turns over and has no obvious damage to the head cylinder walls, or pistons. Includes starter motor, carbs, and top cowl. 

Years:Early 60s; 75hp parts powerhead without heads. The block is bad where a sealing ring between cylinders broke and chewed out the block metal. It turns over and pistons, rods, and crank shaft may be OK.  

Years:1955; 25hp electric starting parts motor #25920-22290. It has no lower unit, electric start wiring, or tiller handle and one homemade clamp screw handle. Seems complete otherwise, and cranks over and feels fine. It was repainted long ago and has no decals.  

Years:ca.1955-56; and Johnson Bigtwin complete gear housing assembly. This is off white in color and apparently came from a Gale Products engine. It is the style that has a prop shaft that is threaded for a threaded prop nut. It has a long drive shaft in it but I am able to exchange it with a short shaft if needed. It feels and shifts OK.  

Years:1958; 50hp model 50515 ser. #11599 parts motor. Powerhead turns over and may be OK. It is missing the lower unit, electric starter, magneto, and top cowl. The starboard clamp bracket is broken.  

Years:1962; 75hp model 50529B Ser. #04268 parts motor. Powerhead turns over and feels good with 4 compressions. I found a rough, disassembled, incomplete lower unit that was apparently from this. There is no electric starter, but everything else seems to be there.  

Years:ca. 1966; or Johnson Bigtwin short shaft lower unit. I believe this was from a 33hp motor. It has the later design shifting clutch that has detents to hold it in each position. It feels and shifts fine. This would fit engines without thermostats back to 1955.  

Years:1957; or Johnson Bigtwin Complete long shaft lower unit with extension spacer. It feels good and seems to shift fine. This is the 1957 and later style for motors without thermostats. It can be used on 55 and 56 models by changing the prop nut cone.  

Years:1955; 15hp lower gear case assembly. This probably fits many years of Evinrude and Johnson outboards in the 15-18hp range. Particularly in the late 50s. It seems to shift properly and turns nicely, but there are no waterpump parts with it.  

Years:1957; 18hp Short shaft lower gear housing assembly. This unit needs refinishing, but it seems to turn smooth and shift properly. This probably fits a wide range of 15hp to perhaps 25hp Evinrude and Johnson models from about 1955 into the 60s and possibly newer. 

Years:Mid 1960s?; (or Johnson) 18 to 25hp short shaft lower gear housing assembly. This seems to be in good condition, it shifts and turns smoothly. Gear lube is good. There is a crack on the side of the front open cavity caused by crud build up in the cavity. This does not hurt anything. It can be fixed by cleaning and a little epoxy if desired. 

Years:; V-4 new crankshaft part #378189. Probably for earlier models. This is in the original carton. It does have some staining on the top main bearing journal, but there is no pitting. 

Years:50s; Mid 50s Firestone 16hp lower cowl. Not dented but has some rusty spots. With some sanding and painting it will look like new 

Years:1940s; 12 hp Gale Products (Sea Bee, Sea King, Buccaneer, etc.) non shift empty gearcase only. Looks OK.  

Years:Early; 55hp flywheel shield. I suspect this disc that covered the flywheel might often be missing from the earlier models that had provision for it.  

Years:ca.1955-56; and Evinrude Bigtwin complete gear housing assembly. This is off white in color and apparently came from a Gale Products engine. Years:1948; 1948 Martin 60 7.2hp Ser. # C 78981 Powerhead only with tiller handle and flywheel. Feels good with 2 good compressions. 

Years:1960-1970s; Late 60s to early 70s lower cowl for 4hp aircooled McCulloch or Aeromarine. Rare item. 

Years:1963; Merc 650EL 65hp parts motor Ser.#1545319. Missing lower unit and shock absorbers. The decals have been painted over. It has the correct front cowl but it has cosmetic damage and the plastic emblem is cracked. The motor feels sound. I believe it was retired because of lower unit problems. 

Years:1960; Merc 400EL 45hp long shaft parts motor Ser. #1312531. Seems mechanically OK. Missing lower unit. Has remains of original finish but needs to be refinished.  

Years:1964; Merc 650EL 65hp long shaft Ser. # 1758801 parts motor. No lower unit, wraparound cowl, front cowl, or tilt pin. There is significant damage to the lower cowl. The powerhead is complete otherwise, seems mechanically OK, and still has the factory seal.  

Years:1960;  Merc 300M 35hp short shaft, manual start parts motor. Missing the lower unit, both clamp pads, and the front cowl.  

Years:1965; Merc 500EL 50hp Ser. #1844005 midsection and lower cowl only missing the tilt stop levers. Seems in nice clean condition.  

Years:1970; Merc 800EL 80hp longshaft midsection only Ser.#2785284. Seems decent and has shift shaft. It was used with power trim, so it doesn�t have reverse hooks but does have the tilt limit strap for power trim. The grips are gone from the thumb screws. This would work with most 65 to 110 hp models in the late 60�s to about 72. 

Years:1963; Merc 650EL 65 hp Long shaft parts motor Ser. #1544762. Missing the lower unit, choke shutters and link rod, and one spark plug boot. Powerhead turns over OK and has 4 compressions.  

Years:1960; Merc 700 70hp direct reversing powerhead mounted on a Merc 600 type, long shaft mid section. No serial plate on the midsection. Ser.# stamped into the cylinder block is 1300403. No top, front, or wraparound cowls. No electric starter. No lower unit.  

Years:1964; Merc 500E 50hp short shaft parts motor Ser. #1599332. No lower unit or front cowl and poor midsection. Electrical wiring has been jury rigged. Compression is a little low on the top cylinder but might come back with running thru some engine cleaner.  

Years:1960; Merc 600EL 60hp long shaft lower unit and midsection only. Ser. #1305314. The steering is tight, one thumb screw grip and the tilt pin are gone, the lower rubber mounts appear shot, and the port side cavitation plate is cracked. The shafts turn OK and it has a 3 blade bronze prop.  

Years:1969; Merc 650EL 65hp long shaft midsection only Ser. #2605622. This is a nice clean midsection with shocks and decent thumb screws. It will fit motors in this time period from 65 to 100 hp and possibly the 125 as well.  

Years:1964; Merc 650EL 65hp long shaft parts motor Ser. #1760008. Missing lower unit, front and wraparound cowls, and all choke parts. Otherwise it seems complete and decent.  

Years:1971; Merc 800EL Ser.#2986945 80hp long shaft midsection only with shift shaft in clean condition. Can be used with 1970-72 4 cylinder 65hp to 6 cylinder 135hp models.  

Years:1972; Merc 402EL Ser. #3345795 40 hp long shaft midsection only with shift shaft. It has the bottom end broken off the port clamp bracket. Otherwise it is in decent condition.  

Years:1959; Mark 58AE 45hp Ser. #1244374 short shaft midsection with shift shaft and lower cowl. There is a piece out of a spray plate on the front port side spray plate, otherwise condition seems good.  

Years:1956; Merc 350 40hp Ser. #1445829 short shaft midsection only. Seems in good shape but it is missing the tilt pin and clamp pads. Will fit 1956 and up Mark 55 and other 40 and 44 cu.in. models up to 1961 where the lighter mid section without shock absorbers is 

Years:1962 - 64; Merc 450 and 500 45 - 50hp short shaft lower unit only. This is the style gear housing with the side water intakes. It appears a prop was installed without a thrust hub and the prop cut into the gearcase taking out the bearing carrier retainer and the threads in the housing. I am including a second lower unit that is stuck but the housing looks good except for a bit off the tip of the skeg. This should supply the basics of making one good one from the two.  

Years:1959; Mark 58AE 45hp Ser. #1269302 short shaft midsection only. It has no shock absorbers and there is a chip out of the port side Dynafloat cover. Otherwise, it seems decent.  

Years:1961;  Merc 800EL 80hp gear shift, longshaft parts motor? Ser. #1414918. This was the top of the line in 61. The powerhead seems complete and decent and seems to have compression on all cylinders. There is no front cowl but the chrome letters on the top cowl 

Years:1978; Merc 200 20hp Ser.#4956579 long shaft midsection only. Missing one lower rubber mount cover. It has the base of the tiller handle, the water tube, and the long hollow tube for mechanical steering. One thumb screw is bent.  

Years:1967; Merc 650 Ser. #2202063 powerhead only. Has one carb, flywheel, and alternator stator. The exhaust side cover has a break in it. Otherwise the powerhead seems mechanically OK.  

Years:1960/61; Merc 800E 80hp Ser. #1373270 Direct Reversing short shaft midsection only. The steering is tight, the thumb screws are bad, and corrosion is blistering paint in some areas. Otherwise it seems OK. This was the top of the line engine at this time.  

Years:1966/67; Merc 1100EL 110hp Ser. #1972050 long shaft parts motor. This motor was found to have internal looseness in cylinders 3 and 5. Missing the top, front, and wraparound cowl, distributor, switch box, starter, and lower unit. Looks pretty clean and was the the top of the line at the time. 

Years:1975; Merc 650EL 65hp Ser. #4140582 long shaft parts motor. Missing starter, distributor, switch box, rear water jacket cover, cowls, and lower unit. The cylinder block is bad. What remains, seems clean and OK (internals, carbs, flywheel, midsection, exhaust cover, etc.).  

Years:1960-61; Merc 700 Direct Reversing 70hp Ser. #1383737 powerhead only. Seems to be clean and mechanically sound. It is complete with distributor, flywheel, starter, etc. Two carbs have been removed (I could supply these separately if needed).  

Years:1960-61; Merc 700EL 70hp long shaft direct reversing Ser.#1302730 parts motor. Engine turns over and seems ot have 6 compressions. Missing top, front, and wraparound cowls, electric starter, coils, distributor cap, and lower unit. Has distributor, rotor, carbs, fuel pumps, flywheel, and midsection. 

Years:80s-90s; Mercruiser III and Bravo III stern drive propeller 19 �inch diameter X 21inch pitch reconditioned propeller left hand rotation part # 48-57363A1. The paint has gotten scratched up but the prop is as reconditioned.  

Years:1976-79; V-6 outboard 12 pin external wiring harness. New. This was made for use with dash mounted switches, but could also be wired into a standard sidemounted control box. This is a rare item to find new.  

Years:1956; Mark 55 powerhead only Ser. #972959 with carbs and manual start flywheel. Rear water jacket cover is gone. Cooling passages are remarkably clean. Seems to have lost motion #4 piston.  

Years:1973; Merc 850 85hp powerhead with carbs. Ser. #3740526. It was determined in my shop, long ago, that 3 cylinders needed to be bored .015 oversize because they were worn out of tolerance.  

Years:1957; Mark 75 60hp short shaft style complete gear housing assembly. This will fit any of the 60 -70hp direct reversing models that do not have thru hub exhaust. There is a piece out of the starboard side cavitation plate and the starboard side of forward open cavity wall is pushed out. Both of these could be repaired with welding or epoxy. The shafts turn smoothly.  

Years:1958; Mark 58 45hp Ser. #1156705 short shaft midsection. Seems rather clean condition. One of the shock absorbers has what probably is the original color paint used on the cowls (Buckskin Beige (Pink)).  

Years:1963; 65 thru 100hp long shaft midsection. Has ser. #1597764 on it. This would be the correct type unit for 1961 thru 63 gear shift models in this hp range. It is in clean condition but it is missing the shock absorbers, tilt adj. pin, and tilt rest.  

Years:1983; or Mariner 70hp Ser. #6323028 long shaft midsection. This is extremely clean and set up for power trim. The transom brackets are there, but not the cylinders.  

Years:1960; Merc 700 Direct Reversing 70hp complete powerhead Ser. #1302961. Has the electric starter, carbs, ignition, and all electrical parts except the forward and reverse micro switches. It looks like it has seen some salt water but seems overall OK.  

Years:1974; Merc 650 Ser. #4042413 65hp long shaft parts motor. Missing lower gear housing ass�y, ign. Switch box, cowls, and reverse lock hooks. I believe this motor has poor splines in the bottom of the crankshaft. Sometimes the cylinder blocks on this model are are not good, but this one may be fine. Turns over fine and has 3 good compressions.  

Years:Ca. 1950; KF-7 Super 10 10hp mid section and lower unit. This lower unit turns fine and feels good. The gear case has external pitting, the web between the water intake slots is broken out and the rear portion of the metal around the rear mounting stud is broken away. Only a portion of the tiller handle base remains and the springs between the co-pilot disc and the drive shaft housing are gone. The drive shaft housing seems to not have any damaged areas. The clamp and swivel brackets seem fine and the tilt pin is there. Perhaps the best part is that it has original rubber covered thumb screws with rubber in very good condition.  

Years:1993; Merc 40 40hp nice top cowl. This will work for any of the 4 cylinder 2 stroke oil injected 40hp and 30 jet electric start Mercs from mid 1989 thru 1997.  

Years:1956; Mark 55E 40hp Ser. #976473 Powerhead only with flywheel and alternator stator. Seems to be in sound condition and has the factory seal.  

Years:Ca. 1949; KE-7 10hp lower unit. It has a good tiller handle base but no tilting portion. No tilt pin, prop, or clamp pads. The clamp bracket looks good. The swivel bracket has been adapted from a later model. The drive shaft housing exhaust relief holes appear to be enlarged and there is an old weld repair to the bottom swivel bushing area. The gear housing looks and turns fine. The propeller shaft has bad threads. 

Years:1952; KH-7 10hp Cruiser midsection. Has no tilt pin or tiller handle. It is missing one clamp bracket and has no thumb screw in the remaining one. It does have the tiller base bracket and shift shaft. The swivel bracket and drive shaft housing seem good.  

Years:1956; Mark 25 20hp Ser. #1004533 midsection. It is missing the tilt pin, dyna float covers, tiller handle and base, and shift shaft. It has a decent swivel bracket, clamps, and drive shaft housing.  

Years:1954; Mark 20 16hp Ser. #814762 �cottage racer mid section and lower unit. It seems mechanically OK. Has no prop, tilt pin or tiller handle. The exhaust has been modified to straight back ala Quicksilver. There is a piece out of the forward part of the cavitation plate on the starboard side. The tiller handle base has been modified and has a Merc single line fuel connector mounted where the tiller handle would have mounted. This would have been intended to run without cowls and steered by steering wheel/steering bar. 

Years:1963; Merc 500EL 50hp Ser. #1557621 Lower cowl and midsection. There is a piece out of the starboard side spray plate. Otherwise, it seems like a nice unit with the upper shift shaft.  

Years:1965; Merc 350S 35hp Ser. #1763620 parts motor. Missing front and wrap around cowl, flywheel, starter, wiring harness, exhaust cover, tilt pin, lower unit, and top cowl handle. It seems one compression seems less than the other.  

Years:1964; Merc 500 50hp Ser. #1762028 long shaft midsection and lower unit. Seems clean and in good condition. Will fit 45 and 50hp models 1962-64.  

Years:1949-52; KF-7, KG-7, & KG-4 7.5+ to 10+ hp drive shaft housing. Needs new swivel bushings as usual. Has 3 holes about 5/16 diameter in the upper spray plate on the starboard side. These could be eliminated with epoxy or welding. Otherwise, it looks very nice.  

Years:New; part #84-87365A15 15� external wiring harness for early 80s motors that had the power trim pump mounted inside the boat. It has the 8 pin plug and should be adaptable to later models as well.  

Years:1972-87; brand new front cowl (face plate) for 50-70 hp models. Part #2143-7254A3  

Years:Ca. 1966; 65-110hp long shaft midsection Ser. #2018880. Seems pretty clean. 

Years:1966-69; 35hp electric start powerhead. Turns fine and has 2 compressions. Complete with electric starter. Missing the flywheel and recoil starter. The carb is the number that was used 1967-68.  

Years:1960; Merc 300EL 35hp long shaft midsection Ser. #1274781. Missing tilt pin. Thumb screws are poor. Seems pretty nice and clean otherwise.  

Years:1957; Mark 55E 40hp Ser. #1030648 powerhead. Seems mechanically OK. Has carbs, flywheel, and alternator winding. No starter or magneto.  

Years:1968; Merc 1000EL 100hp Ser.#2486314 long shaft midsection in good condition. This is set up for power trim. The port side trim cylinder bracket is broken, but I�ll include another that looks like new. There are no trim cylinders included.  

Years:1960; Merc 400S 45hp Ser. #1364348 parts. Clean condition lower cowl, midsection, lower unit complete except for prop and nut. Gear housing has major weld on the side, but it turns and shifts. There is some damage to the lower spray plate on the starboard side of the drive shaft housing. 

Years:1966; Merc 200 20hp Long Shaft lower gear housing assembly. Seems to shift and turn fine.  

Years:1956; Mark 55E 40hp Ser. #980700? Powerhead only. Seems mechanically OK. Has carbs, flywheel, and alternator windings. No starter or magneto. Has the factory seal. It is mounted on a short shaft Merc 300S mid section.  

Years:1956; Mark 55E 40hp Ser. #980613 Parts motor. Power head has flywheel, alternator windings, and carbs. No starter, magneto, or cowls. Powerhead seems mechanically OK and has the factory seal. One spark plug hole has been tapped out to 18mm. Has original midsection with matching serial plate. No lower unit. 

Years:1961; Merc 500E 50hp Ser. #1450909 Powerhead only. Seems to have little or no compression #4 cylinder. Has exhaust stack, electric start flywheel, and alternator winding. No starter, carbs, or ignition.  

Years:1955 to early 1959; 35 to 45hp long shaft lower gear housing assembly. Has the 3/8inch mounting studs of this time period. Seems mechanically good. Has a piece broken off the rear of the caviataion plate and a chip out of the edge of the housing ahead of the prop.  

Years:1967; 35hp long shaft lower gear housing assembly. This will fit 1967-69 35s. It seems mechanically good. There is a crack in the leading edge of the starboard cavitation plate and a weld repair same area on port side.  

Years:1955; Mark 55E 40hp Ser. #895055 midsection. Overall nice condition with serial plate. Missing tilt pin and 1 clamp pad. The grips on the thumb screws are bad.  

Years:1994; 40 40hp 4cyl long shaft Ser#OD279844 lower gear housing assembly. This unit is extremely clean. It will work on 35 to 50hp models back to the early 70s.  

Years:1953; Mark 15 10hp Ser. #715977 midsection in nice condition. This has 2 nice rubber clamp screw grips and a nice serial plate. It has the steering elbow and shift lever/shaft. No tiller handle or tilt pin.  

Years:1950-52; KG-7 10hp+ type midsection. Has unique transom clamp screws. It has the tiller handle base. It is missing the tilt pin. The cross studs thru the clamp brackets have non original nuts. Condition otherwise seems nice.  

Years:1960; Merc 700 70hp Ser. #1297278 short shaft midsection and lower unit. Appears to be in good condition.  

Years:1966; Merc 350SL 35hp Ser. #2025266 long shaft parts motor. Power head feels OK. Has magneto and scarce electric start flywheel. No carb, cowls, starter, lower unit, or wiring harness.  

Years:1962; Merc 700EL 70hp Ser. #1505755 long shaft midsection and lower cowl. Seems in good condition and still cloud white in color.  

Years:1963; Merc 650-1000 65-100hp Ser# 1623018 long shaft midsection. One clamp screw grip is gone and no tilt pin. Otherwise seems in nice condition.  

Years:1947-48; KE-4 7.5hp Ser. #225887 parts motor. Missing recoil starter, lower cowls, tilt pin, gas cap, and lower unit. It is stuck. There is a small crack in the right hand cavitation plate.  

Years:1955-59; Mark 55-58 type long shaft lower gear housing assembly with 3/8inch mounting studs. Most of the skeg needs to be replaced. Seems to turn and shift OK. The prop shaft splines are poor.  

Years:1959-61; 35-45hp type short shaft lower gear housing assembly with 7/16inch mounting studs. Much of the skeg needs to be replaced. Seems to turn and shift OK. The prop shaft has typical wear at the prop nut tabwasher location.  

Years:1961-62; 70-100hp type scarce short shaft lower gear housing assembly. This is one of the units with the water pickup located in the trim tab. It turns smooth and shifts properly. It needs much of the skeg replaced. It will need a rebuild of the water pump. This could be used on 65 to 100 hp models from 1963-64 as well. 

Years:1955-59; 35-45hp type long shaft lower gear housing assembly with 3/8inch mounting studs. This turns and shifts fine and seems decent overall.  

Years:1972 thru mid 1975; Merc 650EL 65hp long shaft gear housing assembly. Seems to be in good used condition. It does have a small chip out of the leading edge of the skeg. This unit has the premium stainless steel drive shaft. These units had the common splined shift shaft.  

Years:1959-61; 35-45hp type short shaft lower gear housing assembly with 7/16inch mounting studs. Much of the skeg needs to be replaced. Seems to turn and shift OK. It has significant wear to the splines at the top of the drive shaft.  

Years:1960-61; Merc 700EL Direct Reversing long shaft partial gear housing assembly. There is some material off the bottom of the skeg and a chip out of the edge of the top mounting flange. It is missing the bearing carrier and water pump parts. The drive shaft doesn't turn. The shafts and gears may be reuseable as well as the housing. It does have the bearing carrier retainer. 

Years:1970-72; Merc 1150 or 1350 115 or 135hp long shaft lower gear housing assembly. This is the scarce correct 1.78 � 1 gear ratio unit used on these motors. This might be a better choice ratio for fast boats with other inline 6 engines from later years. It seems to turn smoothly and shift properly. The front mounting stud has been sawed off. There is a small chip out of the port cavitation plate and the rear pump housing bolt is missing. 

Years:1966-68; Merc 200 20hp parts lower gear housing assembly. The internals are rusted fast. The housing looks fine and pump parts and bearing carrier should be useable. This is housing casting number 1627-2670 which does not have a zinc anode. It will interchange with housing 1627-2964 which did. 

Years:1962 style; Merc 450 or 500 long shaft lower gear housing assembly. This is the style with the water pickup in the trim tab. It could be used on motors up to 1964. It seems to be in good condition. It is marked as having a new impeller, but has been sitting many years.  

Years:Ca. 1979; 40 or 50hp. Long shaft lower gear housing assembly. This was checked out in my dealership many years ago and then never used since. It is new enough to have stainless steel shafting. It is the 2 to 1 gear ratio that is correct for 35, 40, and 50 hp models. It will fit from about 1972 to at least 1989. There is a small chip out of the rear edge of the skeg.  

Years:1955; Mark 55E 40hp Ser. #859962 short shaft powerhead and midsection. I found the bare powerhead, lower cowl assembly, and matching serial number mid section all separate. The powerhead is without carbs, ignition, flywheel, or stator, but seems sound and still has the factory seal. The lower cowl has a wiring harness and original style positive ground rectifier. The midsection has stuck steering, no tilt pin, and a cracked starboard lower rubber mount cover. I decided to set the 3 components back together so the matching serial numbers would be together. 

Years:1952-54; and Wizard 10 to 16hp Lower gear housing assembly. This probably came off a Wizard WH-7. It seems to turn smoothly and shift properly.  

Years:Ca. 1968 style; Long Shaft Lower gear housing assembly. This would be a correct 2-1 gear ratio replacement for 1965 to 1969 65 to 125hp models except the 1969 80hp. I assembled this unit using the best parts of 2 units. It has the scarce replacement drive shaft that has the stainless steel section in the seal and water pump area. It has a good impeller and new gear lube. It is ready to install and use. 

Years:1955-1959; 1955-1959 Mercury 35 to 45hp Short Shaft lower gear housing assembly with 3/8inch mounting studs. This is a good working unit that is filled with grease. There is a good bit missing from the bottom of the skeg and a very small chip out of one cavitation plate. The impeller does not have any broken blades, but it has a good bit of "set", so you might want to replace it. 

Years:1973-75 style; 40 to 50hp long shaft lower gear housing assembly. This seems to be in very good condition and will work on 35 to 50hp 2 and 4 cylinder models up into the 80s. It has the good type drive shaft with the stainless steel section in the pump and seal area.  

Years:1972 thru mid 1975; Merc 650EL 65hp long shaft gear housing assembly. Seems to be in good used condition. This unit has the premium drive shaft that has a stainless steel section in the water pump and seal area. These units had the common splined shift shaft.  

Years:Early 1955; Mark 55 40hp short shaft 14 spline prop shaft, gear housing assembly. Turns smooth and shifts properly. Has a crack in the starboard cavitation plate.  

Years:1965-66; Merc 500 50hp long shaft gear housing assembly. Turns smoothly and shifts properly. This housing looks especially clean.  

Years:1965-69; 65 to 110hp (except 69 80hp) type long shaft gear housing assembly. A clean looking unit that feels good and shifts properly. The splines at the top of the drive shaft have considerable wear. This would be a candidate for a person who needs a good housing to make a good unit from two and have lots of spare items. 

Years:Ca. 1962; 70 to 100hp long shaft gear housing assembly. This housing is in poor condition. It has a lot missing from the port cavitation plate, some missing from the skeg, damage to the area just ahead of the prop and a chip out of the top edge. Mechanically, it seems fine. It turns and shifts properly. No waterpump parts are there except for the base. The housing could be repaired, but it would need considerable welding to look as new. Or, it could be a source of parts. This will fit 65 to 100hp models from 1961 (gear shift) to 1964. 

Years:1955-59; 35-45hp short shaft gear housing assembly with 3/8" mounting studs. There is a little off the bottom of the skeg. It has new lube and turns and shifts fine. The impeller is used, but has no broken blades. 

Years:Early; This appears to be a port side cylinder in nice condition for a small opposed twin. Has raised numbers 5-9 and then OB2-3.  

Years:1948-49; Nice original fuel tank with shut off valve believed to be from a 1948-49 3hp Sea Bee model 025-3563. Decals are 95%.  

Years:1948-49; 3hp Sea Bee model 025-3563 pair of lower cowls. These are companion parts to #111 fuel tank.  

Years:1954; WJ-7 10hp Ser. #735324 complete lower unit only. No steering handle, tilt pin, or prop. The steering is very hard to move. The shafts turn fine and smoothly.  

Years:1955-56; WH6 5hp Ser. #842119 bare bones parts motor. Stuck powerhead. Has carb and decent twist grip unit. Missing lowerunit, flywheel, magneto, thumbscrews, and top cowl.  

Years:1956; WA 25 25hp Ser. #909620 midsection. This is an early one with its serial plate. It was painted white long ago. It has the shift lever/shaft, but no tilt pin. Condition otherwise looks good.
